If you are looking to improve your climbing or get into serious shape, look no further! The ClimbFit community program is built to give you all the tools you need to push boundaries and achieve any of your fitness goals. This membership is only $20 a month with your membership, and offers plenty of classes and benefits such as-
ClimbFit is a one hour, bootcamp style training program built to help you achieve your climbing and fitness goals. In this class, your instructor will lead you through a series of warm ups, climbing drills, and full body work outs that will kick your butt in the best way. This class is open to all levels and easily adaptable to fit your needs and goals.
ClimbFit runs Monday-Thursday at 6am, 7am and 7pm at all of our DFW locations. See schedule for details!
Got your membership and ready to get started? Sign up for a ClimbFit Foundations class to get the best tips on how to show up prepped for training. Once you have taken this class, we recommend you show up 15-30 minutes early to class so you can warm up properly.
Get unlimited access to our ClimbFit Community classes, such as HIIT training, advanced core classes, foundational strength, injury prevention, technique 101 and plenty more on their way!
WORKSHOPS AND CLINICS
All fitness workshops and clinics are included in your CF Community membership! This includes clinics like stretch and recovery, how to train on circuits, movement workshops and more!
