Adventure Fitness is for youth and teens who need some extra general fitness work on their agility, cardio, and functional (all-around) strength. This class is the perfect option for kids who aren’t into regular team sports or who don’t have time during the week to get fit. The class is divided into a fitness program suitable for ages 6 to 11, and a program for teens 12 - 16, with appropriate challenges for each group. The class is directed by Summit coach Stewart Ball, who has over 15 years of experience and directs summer camps at the Hockaday School. The program is modeled on the Canadian Olympic youth development program.  

Sundays, 10am - noon. Alternating Sundays - Starts August 19th. Sept. 2nd and 16th. Oct. 7th and 21st. Nov. 4th and 18th. Dec. 2nd and 16th.
