If you are looking to improve your climbing or get into serious shape, look no further! ClimbFit is a one hour, bootcamp style training program built to help you achieve your climbing and fitness goals. In this class, your instructor will lead you through a series of warm ups, climbing drills, and full body work outs that will kick your butt in the best way. This class is open to all levels and easily adaptable to fit your needs and goals.
ClimbFit runs Monday-Thursday at 6am and 7am at all of our DFW locations. And the greatest part? It’s only $20 a month with your membership.
