Tell me about the scholarship Summit YTT offers?

Summit Yoga is pleased to offer 1 full scholarship per Yoga Teacher Training group.  Scholarship applicants are asked to answer the following question to be considered: “Why did you choose Summit for your Yoga Teacher Training?”  Applicants who are members of the Summit community are given preference IF they have answered the scholarship question in 500 words or less.  The scholarship is not based on financial need - we do not ask for any sensitive income information to be considered.  The scholarship award is based on your desire to contribute to the community!  Scholarship entries that have avoided answering the application question "Why Summit?" are subject to possible disqualification. Scholarship entries over the 500 word limit are subject to possible disqualification. The deadline for submission is December 5th.

Want to test out the YTT experience before committing?

We are hosting two YTT 4 a Day workshops throughout the year, for those who want to experience Yoga Teacher Training before committing to an 8-week program! Come try it out during one of our workshops! Your fees for the workshop can be applied to the enrollment for this YTT class if you find that it is something you could be interested in!

Curious about how the training process is, from a student's perspective? Read these testimonials from a YTT trainee, about her thoughts and experiences while participating in a YTT program.

Or, come see the YTT outcomes for yourself. Our current graduating YTT program will host a community yoga class to apply their learnings towards teaching their first yoga class.
