Take your practice to the next level by starting from the ground up to rebuild some common vinyasa poses.
By creating a strong foundation, standing poses become more stable. Stability is the key to opening challenging areas of the body like calves, hamstrings and hips. Learn functional exercises to develop foot strength for your home practice, gain more control of your standing poses and begin to build support into your foundation that will re-invent your asana! We will work on many of the most common vinyasa poses, both standing and floor.
Cost is $25 for members and $35 for non-members of Summit Climbing and Yoga. Enroll early, space is limited.
This 2 hour class counts toward continuing education for Yoga Alliance certified teachers.
