Proper warming up and stretching can not only help you to get that high step move you’ve been working on, but is also a crucial part of avoiding injury on the wall. Come hang out with us on December 18th from 7pm-8:30pm and learn band exercises, nerve gliding exercises and stretching techniques to increase your mobility and reduce the risk of climbing injuries.
